Services pending for Mrs. Charles Maliet

NEVADA - Funeral Services are pending for Mrs. Charles (Ida) Maliet, 81, of Nevada who died Sunday at Story County Hospital.

Ryan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ida Maliet was born September 19, 1895 to Andrew and Mabel Nagle [sic] at Zearing. She was a resident of Story County her entire lifetime.

She was married to Charles H. Maliet on February 8, 1914, at Zearing. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Zearing, the St. Patrick's Ladies' Guild and the Zearing American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Maliet is survived by her husband Charles; one son, Dr. Leonard Maliet of Detroit, Michigan; and one daughter, Margaret Maliet of Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, two brothers and one son.
