FORMER NEVADA WOMAN IS DEAD
MRS. VIOLA FITCHPATRICK-WATERS DIED FROM PNEUMONIA SUNDAY EVENING
Mrs. Viola Fitchpatrick-Waters, died at her home in Fort Dodge Sunday evening about 9:00, from pneumonia following a cold and illness of but a few days duration.
The funeral services will be held at the Morfoot Funeral home Wednesday morning at 10:00; after which interment will be in the Fitchpatrick lot in the Nevada cemetery.
The services will be in charge of Dr. Campbell Coyle, her onetime pastor, who is in the city at this time.
Mrs. Waters was the elder daughter of the late Joseph A. and Hattie V. Pierce-Fitchpatrick, pioneer and prominent residents of Nevada.
She was born in Nevada June 10, 1873, attended the public schools and spent her girlhood days here. After her marriage she located in Chicago and there she made her home until shortly before the death of the father and the breaking up of the home in Nevada.
She leaves besides her sister, Mrs. Edward A. McCall of Fort Dodge, four nieces and one nephew.
