ADA COGGSHALL
Ada G. Coggshall, 87, died Thursday afternoon at the Story County Hospital where she had been for the past four years. Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Marvin Hulse officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery at Iowa Falls.

She was born on March 12, 1891 in Dunlap and was the daughter of T.J. and Jennie Young, and had been a resident of Nevada for the past 40 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include on son, Kenneth Dayton of Ames; one stepson, Andy Coggshall of Nevada; one daughter Mrs. Dorothy Melvin of Des Moines; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, her first husband, Frank D. Dayton who died in 1924 and her second husband, Clarence Coggshall, who died in 1952.
