FORMER NEVADA RESIDENT DEAD
W. W. THRASHER DIED AT CORONA, CALIF., FOLLOWING A STROKE
W. W. Thrasher, 77, former Nevada resident died Saturday at his home in Corona, Calif., according to word received by his only son, Charles E. Thrasher, who with his family returned to Nevada a few weeks ago.
Mr. Thrasher has suffered a stroke of paralysis in November and since that time had been in a serious condition, although he had appeared to rally at times.
The Thrasher family lived in Nevada for a number of years during which time Mr. Thrasher conducted a flour and feed mill over at the west end of E avenue.
They left here about 16 years ago for California, and their home had been at Corona since. He leaves besides his wife, one son and five daughters. The son is Charles E. Thrasher of Nevada, while the daughters are Misses Hazel, Lela and Sarah and Mrs. Iro Puder, all of Corona and Mrs. Frank Ashmore of Santa Ana, Calif.
During his residence here Mr. Thrasher was well and most favorably known and many old neighbors and friends will extend sympathy to the family in their hours of bereavement.
