From Nevada Representative February 23, 1898 (page 4)

Mrs. S. W. Waldron died Sunday afternoon, February 20, 1898, at the home in Minneapolis of her son-in-law, M. G. Rodearmel, after a ten days' illness with pneumonia. Mrs. Waldron and her husband, who died some ten years ago, were long residents of Nevada and are warmly remembered by all the people of their time here. They were engaged here in dry goods and general merchandise, and in their last years here lived in the house now occupied by B. F. Ambrose upon the site of the residence of J. W. Ambrose. The family removed in 1883 to Minneapolis where their home continued. Mrs. Waldron was personally very attractive and was a woman of marked business capacity. She was about 62 years of age and leaves three children, Mrs. Lou Rodearmel, Harry and Charles. Of the boys Harry is still single but Charles is married. Mrs. Waldron's maiden name was Bright, and her parents are both buried in the Nevada cemetery. Her funeral occurs to-day at Minneapolis, and she will be buried there beside her late husband.
