MRS. DUNHAM DIED AT HOME IN ALBION

FORMER STORY COUNTY WOMAN VICTIM OF ANEMIA WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Sarah Dunham, former Story county woman, died Wednesday morning at an early hour at her home in Albion, following an illness of over two months, the cause of her death being anemia.

The funeral services will be held at 2:30 Friday afternoon from the Presbyterian church, Albion, in charge of Rev. W. Lee Vincent. Burial will be in the Albion cemetery.

Mrs. Dunham was born Aug. 8, 1870, near Albion, the daughter of Samuel and Martha Dawson. She was married twice and with the exception of five years following her first marriage spent near Colo, she has lived in and near Albion all her life.

She is survived by five sons and a daughter, Earl L. B. Buffington, Claremont, Minn.; Eugene H. Buffington, Camp Douglas, Wis.; Vernie L. Buffington, Albion; Ilo Buffington, Marshfield, Wis. and Eldon Dunham and Mrs. Mrs. Flossie Cripps, at home. Three brothers and a sister, Frank Dawson, of Liscomb; Grant Dawson of Marshalltown; Alexander Dawson of Oklahoma, and Mrs. Dave Hilsabeck of Albion, and fifteen grandchildren also survive.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Sarah A. Dawson married (1) John H. Buffington on 21 October 1890 in Marshall County, Iowa. She married (2) Clement V. Dunham on 29 August 1900 in Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa.
