Mrs. Frank Tett Jr. Died Early Today at Home Near Zearing

Zearing, July 5--Mrs. Frank Tett Jr., 44, died at her farm home just in the southwest edge of Zearing, at 5:00 a. m. today from an illness extended over a considerable period.

She had submitted to a surgical operation at a Marshalltown hospital early in the spring and for a time had appeared to be making satisfactory recovery, but was taken worse and had been under the care of a nurse for the past week.

No definite funeral arrangements have been made as yet.

She leaves besides her husband and their son, Doyle, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Platt of Zearing, a sister, Mrs. Charles Tett who has been in the home with her of some time and brothers, Virgil of Zearing and Clyde Platt of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Born at Champaign City, Illinois, January 22, 1891, she was raised there but came out to Iowa with her parents and was unite din marriage to Frank Tett Jr., February 18, 1912, at Emmetsburg, and their home had been on the farm nearby Zearing since.

She was a member of the Zearing Church of Christ and was active in the work of the church and auxiliary societies.
