Huxley Woman Died Monday at Lutheran Hospital

Huxley, Feb. 22: Mrs. Ole H. Dobbe passed away Monday, Feb. 19 at 6 p. m. at the Iowa Lutheran hospital in Des Moines where she had been a patient since Feb. 10. Death was due to hardening of the arteries from which she had been a sufferer for some time.

She was born Martha Hanson, May 18, 1880 in Polk county where her parents had been pioneer settlers. She was married to Ole H. Dobbe in Huxley, April 29, 1900.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon, Feb. 23, at 2 p. m. at the Palestine Lutheran church of which she had been a long time member. The Rev H. E. Jacobson will officiate.

She is survived by her husband, Ole H. Dobbe of near Polk City, by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She also leaves one brother, Peter Hanson of Huxley.
