Funeral Services To Be Monday For Mrs. William Fudge

Mrs. William Fudge, 79, a former Nevada resident, died at the Northwest Hospital, Des Moines, at 9 p.m. Thursday.

Mrs. Fudge, a resident of Nevada for 43 years, had lived in Des Moines for the past three years. She had been in ill for the last three months.

Born January 6, 1886 she was the daughter of William and Lena Van Gundy of Clay County, Iowa. She was married to William Fudge in 1903 in Winterset, Ia.

Mrs. Fudge was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Vanlandingham of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Bertha Apperman of Des Moines, one grandson, one granddaughter, four great grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Zelda Davisson of San Diego.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, one brother and her husband, William in 1964.

Funeral services will be held at the Ryan Funeral Home Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Patrak of Des Moines, assisted by the Rev. M. C. Shupe, Nevada, officiating.

Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.
