Funeral Services To Be Wednesday For Kathryn Johnston, 84

Mrs. Kathryn Johnston, 84, a registered nurse and teacher, died at Oak Park Manor in Nevada Saturday afternoon at 2:25. She had been ill for the past three months and a patient at the home for a wee and a half.

Born in Edwal, Wisc. January 4, 1882, Mrs. Johnston was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Adams. She later moved to Nevada where she made her home for 40 years.

Mrs. Johnston was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by a son, Lawrence Johnston of Loveland, Colorado; two grandchildren; and a brother, George Adams of Red Wing, Minn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Johnston, who died in 1961.

Funeral services will be at the Seventh Day Adventist Church Wednesday morning at 10 with Elder A.H. Gerst officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Etna, Iowa cemetery.
