Mrs. Ray Rimathe Dies At Her Home At Slater on Monday

Mrs. Ray Rimathe, 58, died Monday noon at her home north of Slater following a lingering illness.

Mrs. Rimathe was born in Story County, the daughter of Mr. and Ms. Oscar Olson and had lived here all her life. She attended the Slater Schools except for her senior year and was graduated from the Huxley High School.

After her marriage to Ray Rimathe, they made their home on the Rimathe farm where she died.

Survivors are her husband, Roy (sic), two sons, Wayne and Don, three grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Truman (Ruth) Brown of Slater and Mrs. Herbert (Evelyn) Halverson of Huxley and one brother Robert Olson of Los Angeles, Calif.

Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Bethlehem Church in Slater with Rev. W. A. Adix officiating. Burial will be in the Municipal Cemetery south of Slater. Friends may call at the Riis Funeral Home until noon Thursday.

A memorial fund has been established.
