Mother Dies Sat. In Story City Hosp.; Funeral Rites Tues.

Mrs. Sadie Johnson, 72, Garden City died early Saturday morning at the Story Hospital. She had been ill for a long time and a patient at the hospital for the past four weeks.

Mrs. Johnson was born Feb. 27, 1894, the daughter of Julius and Lena Osmundson of Radcliffe. She was married to Peter O. Johnson.

They lived on the farm for several years and he was later employed by the county on maintenance work and made their home in Garden City.

Survivors include her husband; five daughters, including Mrs. Wendell Strum and Mrs. Maynard Olson, both of Nevada; and three sons including one, Richard, of Story City.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Radcliffe with the Rev. Perry Heller, McCallsburg, officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery in Radcliffe.
