THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, October 17, 1901, page 7, column 3. "Mr. and Mrs. J. K. Hilton received word last week, that their son John M. and wife of Leadville, Colorado, had suffered the loss of their little three months old son, Ralph, by death. The loss of the little darling is keenly felt by the bereft parents and is also a blow to the aged grandparents."
