Mrs. Glenn Fausch Dies May 3: Services Held From Slater Church

Services for Mrs. Glenn Fausch were held Saturday afternoon May 6 at 2 p.m. in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Slater. Jeremiah 17:7 and 8 was the text used by Pastor Leo O. Bjorlie for his message.

Mrs. Lester Becker sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Under His Wings." Mrs. Oliver Newman, organist, accompanied her.

Casket bearers were Bill Lamb, Alan Swenson, Irvin Nelson, Vinol Alleman, Cal Alleman, and Art Lewis. Burial was in the Lincoln Cemetery near Alleman.

Obituary

Sadie Elizabeth Fausch was born April 20, 1905 in Cambridge, the daughter of Andrew and Sarah Olson. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church.

As a younger woman she was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge of Cambridge.

On May 21, 1932, she was united in marriage to Glenn Fausch. They had lived in Cambridge since 1942.

After an illness of three years she died at her home May 3.

Survivors include her husband Glenn, two sister, Mrs. Anna Christopher and Mrs. Sylvia Berhow of Story City, two brothers, John Olson of Glendale, Calif. and Oscar Olson of Des Moines and several nieces and nephews.
