Funeral Services For Mrs. Nora T. Lynch At St. Patrick's Church

Funeral services for Nora T. Lynch, 41, North Second street, Nevada, were conducted Monday morning, Jan. 26, at 10 o'clock by the Rev. Vern F. Cross in St. Patrick's Catholic church in Nevada.

The music by Mrs. Jack O'Donnell, Mrs. Reis Prati and Janet Kangley. Esther Lee Dayhuff was at the organ.

The casket bearers were Robert Farrington, John Lynch, Wilbur Lynch, George Lynch, George Konec and Sylvester Monson.

Burial was in the Nevada Catholic cemetery.

On Sunday evening at 8 o'clock a rosary service was conducted at the Ryan Funeral home.

Obituary

Nora T. Lynch, was born at Crawford, Neb., July 30, 1911, a daughter of Michael and Emma O'Connell. She was married to Tom Lynch Sept. 9, 1934, at Scotts Bluff, Neb. She had been a resident of Nevada for the past 15 years.

Following an illness of a year, Mrs. Lynch passed away at the Story County hospital, Saturday morning at 8 o'clock, Jan. 24, where she had been a patient for some time.

Three children survive the mother, Charles, Lloyd and Robert Lynch. Also surviving is the mother, Mrs. Emma Schfield* of Crawford, Neb.; one brother, Michael O'Connell of Sidney, Neb., and three sisters, Mrs. George Roland of Veronia, Oregon; Mrs. Mike Welling of Rapid City, S. D., and Mrs. Loran Keenan of Sidney, Neb. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters.

* SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Nora Teresa (O'Connell) Lynch was the daughter of Michael O'Connell and Emma Norris. Emma Serres later married Theron Scofield and survived her daughter dying in 1961.
