Funeral services for [Mrs.] David Clouser who passed away at the home of her son Lyman Wednesday morning were held at Gilbert Congregational church Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Mrs. Clouser was 74 years of age. She leaves to mourn her loss seven children, Mrs. Mella Seymour of Seymour, Illinois, Mrs. Margret Burness [should be Burnett] of Murrey, Iowa, Mrs. Josephine Grooms [should be Groomes] of Boone, Iowa, and Lyman, Henry, and Ira and George of this locality. Her husband preceded here in death five years ago. Burial was made at Gilbert cemetery beside her husband.
