Ernest McCrary Was Laid to Rest

Ernest Alfred McCrary was born Dec. 29, 1881 near Ames and departed this life Dec. 5, 1931, age 49 years, 11 months and 6 days.

His mother died when he was twelve years old, after which he made his home with his uncle Christopher Eibert near Ames.

He was united in marriage to Miss Jennie Barger, Nov. 22, 1905. To this union was born four children, Raymond, Opal and Walter, one son dying in infancy.

For years he has suffered with mental disease which prevented his remaining with his family.

Earlier in life he made a definite decision for Christ.

He leaves to mourn his loss besides his wife and three children, one brother and one sister.

Funeral services were held at the Morfoot Funeral home in Nevada, Monday at 11 a. m., with Rev. Kinser in charge. Interment was in the cemetery at Ontario.
