FUNERAL OF ALLEN DAHL

Was Held Wednesday Afternoon at Slater

Special to the Journal.
Slater, May 23--The funeral services of Allen Dahl were held at the Bethlehem church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The services were in charge of Rev. P. Bueland. Miss Ruth Halverson sang "I'm a Pilgrim" and "Some Day The Silver Cord" was sung by Miss Ruth Halverson and Mrs. A. L. Peterson. The deceased is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Dahl, three brothers and four sisters. He had just passed his 11th birthday and was a boy loved by all. His playmates served as pallbearers, Eugene Severson, Arnold Skola, Gene Houge, Stanley Heggen, Dwight Carroll and Donald Peterson. The grades of the school were dismissed for the funeral services. Interment was make in the Bethleham cemetery.
