Craig M. Enfield
April 27, 1952 - November 16, 2019Craig Enfield, 67 of Collins, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019, at his home.
Craig was born April 27, 1952, in Des Moines, the son of Earl and Betty (Link) Enfield. He graduated from Maxwell High School in 1970 and earned an Associate Ag Degree from DMACC. Craig was united in marriage to Connie Thomas on July 5, 2002, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. He worked as an insurance claim adjuster for over 20 years and enjoyed farming and raising livestock outside of Collins. Craig was an avid fan of the Green-Bay Packers, Iowa Hawkeyes and the New York Yankees. He was very proud of his family and loved to spend time with them.
Craig is survived by his daughters: Melanie (Kyle) Trusty of Bondurant and Jamie (Allen) Weaver of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Jake and Kenzie Trusty; his brother, Calvin (Jana) Enfield of Collins; his sisters, Sheri (Dave) Roach of Carlisle and Joyce (Mick) Gale of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Connie.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 19 at Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home (422 First Street) in Maxwell. A funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 20 also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Brethren Cemetery near Maxwell.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in memory of Craig for use to be determined at a later date.
Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home in Maxwell is handling arrangements.
