MRS. CHRISTINE NIBE

Mrs. Christine Nibe, 82, of Story City died Thursday morning at the Story City Memorial Hospital. She was born in Story City and lived there most of her life. She married Helmer Nibe of Story City in 1910.

Surviving are two sons, Helmer, of Blairsburg and Arnold, of Newton, nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Miss Mary Peterson of Bethany Manor in Story City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons and three brothers.

The funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, with burial in Story City Municipal Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Soderstrum-Larson Funeral Home until the time of the service.
