Shawn Mikeal Bollhoefer, 46, died April 21, 2019, with his family at his side in Ames, Iowa.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 25, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 at North Grand Christian Church, 919 30th Street, in Ames. Those interested can join the family at Torrent Brewing Company on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. for drinks. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 26, 2109, at the North Grand Christian Church. A luncheon will follow with burial at the Hillsdale Cemetery in Madrid.

Shawn is survived by his wife Wendy (Olson) Bollhoefer, his son Noah Bollhoefer, and his daughter Grace Bollhoefer all of Ames, Iowa; along with his parents Mike and Linda Bollhoefer and his brother Brian(Cody) Bollhoefer of Newton.
