Irwin Ozmun Died and Buried at Adopted Home

Word had reached relatives in Nevada of the death of Irwin Ozmun, 55, former Collins man and husband of Adah McCord-Ozmun, former Nevada girl.

Mr. Ozmun, who has been associated in business with two other brothers at Lawton, Oklahoma, died Wednesday in a hospital at northern Oklahoma. Burial was at Lawton Friday following funeral services held there.

His death is the second within three weeks of the three brothers who had been engaged in the wholesale fruit business in Lawton.

He was a son of the late Harrison Ozmun, earlier day elevator man at Collins His wife was Adah McCord, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman T. McCord, longtime Story county and Nevada residents.

He is survived by his wife and two sons, one of them who graduated from the University of Oklahoma two years ago and the other who graduates from the same university this year.

Mrs. Ozmun is a cousin of Mrs. Velda McCord Ringheim and Earl A. McCord of Nevada and has many friends here.
