Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Tett and F. F. Menzel and daughters Ruth and Leila attended the funeral of Ole Larson at New Hartford, which was held from Morfoots undertaking parlors at Nevada Monday at 10 o'clock. Mr. Larson was a former resident of this place owning the lots where the John Schauper family now live. Mr. Larson was a brother of Mrs. Johnson the mother-in-law of Mr. F. F. Menzel with whom she has made her home since the death of her husband. Mr. Larson was buried in the cemetery at Nevada by the side of his wife who died while they were living here and which broke up their home, since which Mr. Larson has made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Flora Larson and family at New Hartford.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Ole S. Larson was the brother of Christine Larson, wife of Lewis Johnson. Their daughter, Minnie B. Johnson married Frank Frederick Menzel on 1 February 1888 in Story County, Iowa.
