Lillie Hanson died Thursday at age of 55

Mrs. Lillie (Virgil) Hanson, 55, Story City, died Thursday at 9 p.m. at the Story City Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for ten days.

Mrs. Hanson was born April 8. 1913, the daughter of Albert and Annie Omvig on a farm west of Story City. She married Virgil Hanson Dember 12, 1939 and they resided on a farm west of Story City all their married life.

Services are to be held 2 p.m. Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, six miles west of Randall with Rev. Enoch Hall, officiating. Burial will be in the Story City Municipal Cemetery.

Soderstrum - Larson Funeral Home of Story City are in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are the husband, Virgil; two daughters, Judy and JoAnn and a son, Terry, all at home; her father, Albert Omvig of Story City; two brothers, Lawrence and Elmer of Story City. Her mother and a brother preceded her in death.
