Services Thurs. in Nevada for Helga Bonner

Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home here Thursday for Mrs. Jack (Helga) Bonner, 80, of 110 North Third Street, Marshalltown.

Mrs. Bonner died Monday afternoon at the Story County Hospital here where she had been admitted Sunday after suffering a heart attack.

Services will be at 1:30, with Dr. Delahooke officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.

A resident of Marshalltown the last 29 years, Mrs. Bonner had been in failing health for the past several years.

She was born in Nevada April 9 1989 to Mr. and Mrs. John L. and Maren Larson. On Dec. 27, 1922 she married Floyd Jack Bonner in Waukeegan, Ill. The couple were members of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters. Surviving are her husband Jack of Marshalltown, a son Detmer Bonner of St. Joseph, Missouri, and a sister Mrs. Mary Johnson of Oak Park Manor Nursing Home here.
