CASE FUNERAL ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON

DIED AT HIS HOME ON EIGHTH FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 4:00 O'CLOCK

Chas. H. Case, 57, died at his home 1005 Eighth street, late Friday afternoon and will be interred in the Nevada cemetery under the ritualistic ceremonies of the Masonic lodge, following services Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Morfoot Funeral home, 732 J avenue and Eighth street.

Mr. Case, a resident of Nevada for a score or more of years has been failing in health for the past several years and for some weeks had been confined to his home and his bed, where he had been tenderly cared for by his wife and sons.

Charles Case was a native of New Haven, Conn., where he was born August 24, 1873. He came out to Iowa when a young man and was married at Perry, where he lived and was engaged in the monument business a number of years before coming to Nevada. During his residence in Nevada he was first engaged in the monument business, later in the coal and ice trade, then as a manufacturer of ice cream and diary [sic] produces and various other lines of business.

He leaves besides his wife, two sons, Perry Case and Theron Case, both of Nevada.

The funeral services will be charge of his pastor, Rev. Geo. A. Lawton of the Methodist church, of which Mr. Case was a long-time member. Interment will be under the ritualistic ceremonies of the Masonic lodge of which the deceased has been a member for many years.
