NEVADA FOLKS AS ELLER FUNERAL

SERVICE, ST. CECELIA CHURCH AT 9:00 TODAY--DIED ON TUESDAY

A number of Nevada people were at Ames early Today to attend the funeral services of Fred Eller, 52, longtime building contractor of that part of the county and member of St. Cecelia church.

The body of Mr. Eller who died at his home north of Ames Tuesday night, was laid to rest in the Calvary section of the Ames cemetery today, following funeral services at St. Cecelia's church with requiem high mass at 9 o'clock.

Long a prominent builder here, he retired from the contracting game about three years ago and moved upon his farm north of Ames, where death occurred. He had bee in ill health for over a year, death being due to pneumonia and other complications.

Born in Manchester, Ia., October 12, 1877, Mr. Eller came to Ames in 1904. In 1900 he was married to Julia Fitzgerald of Dubuue, who survives him. He leaves also five children, Mrs. William McNulty of Moline, Ill., Gerald of Ames, and Francis, Edward and Frederick at home, three brothers, Charles of Ames, Peter of Oelwein; and George of California; and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Lippert of Oelwein, and Mrs. Rose Hockaday of Manchester.
