Former Roland Woman Died Early Today

Miss Caroline Nelson, 60, died at the Story County Home at an early hour today and the body was at once taken to Roland where the funeral will be held and interment made.

Miss Nelson leaves a brother, Nels J. Nelson of Story City and a sister, Mrs. Rebecca Johnsen of Roland, she being daughter of the late John Nelson and wife, one of the very old families of west Howard township.

She had been an invalid for a number of years and had been cared fro at the county home since March, 1919.

Two of the brothers, Elias and O. D. Nelson, live in North Dakota and the sister, Mrs. Rebecca Johnsen is now visiting in Montana and the funeral arrangements are dependent upon word from her.
