DR. J. E. EKREM IS DEAD

Passed Away at Home at Crookston, Minnesota

Slater, April 30--Relatives here received the news of the death of Dr. J. E. Ekrem following a stroke Saturday at Crookston, Minn. He is survived by his wife and five daughters. He is a brother in law of I. A. Larson and Mrs. G. J. Severson of this place. Services will be held at the Palestine Church Tuesday of Wednesday.
