Lynda Joan Watts, 73 of Zearing, formerly of Fremont, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at the Zearing Health Care Center in Zearing.

Lynda was born September 30, 1944, in Ottumwa, the daughter of Lynn and Ruth (Roof) Watts. She graduated from Hedrick High School in 1962 and AIB in 1964.

Lynda is survived by her siblings: Carol Dailey of Baldwin, MO, Fred J. (Betty) Watts of Spokane, WA, Vivian (Willy) Morfitt of Nevada, George W. (Marilyn) Watts of Ottumwa, IA and Janet Watts of Spencer, NE; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters: Fern Curless, Marian Stark and Frances Kahler.

Lynda’s wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held.

Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
