The death is reported of Mrs. Frank Winger at Salt Lake City. It is only a few months since Mr. and Mrs. Winger were visiting here with his mother, Mrs. J. W. Lough, and the news of her death is as much of a surprise as it is occasion for sorrow. She came to Nevada a dozen years ago as a bride, and in her residence here she was much admired and esteemed.
