OBITUARY
MRS. BEN BRENNEMAN
Mrs. Nannie West Brenneman was born at Williamsburgh Ohio, February 24, 1853, and died at her home in Ames, Iowa, Sunday May 19, 1907. The deceased removed from Ohio to Iowa in 1865. She was united in marriage Mr. Benjamin Brenneman at Ames, February 19, 1872. Two children were born to this union, Miss Florence and Mr. Benjamin Jr.
Mrs. Brenneman was true to the training of her early years and as a logical result she was gathered into the house of the Lord and her relation to the church was one upon which her friends can linger with satisfaction. The funeral service was conducted from her late residence Tuesday afternoon by her pastor the Rev. Andrew M. Shea. The quartet sang "Lead Kindly Light," and Mrs. Lucian Tilden, sang "Sometime We'll Understand" as a solo. After which the body was laid to rest beside the friend by whom she had been loved in other days.
