He removed about ten years ago to North Dakota where he was quite successful and acquired a half-section of land. he sold out there during the past winter and bought a quarter-section near Austin, Minnesota, where he was very nicely situated, and where he was taken suddenly ill and died as stated. He leaves his wife and daughter, the former being a daughter of David Pointer of this county and sister of Mrs. Elmer Nokes of this city,, and he is also survived by his father D. B. Padellford, now of Aberdeen, South Dakota, and by his brother L. H. of Nevada.
Mr. Padellford is well and most favorably remembered by very numerous friends in Nevada, and the news of his death has been received with very great regret. Mrs. L. H. Padellford went up from Nevada on account of his illness but did not arrive at Austin until his death. Mr. L. H. did not go up.
