OBITUARY

Death of Edw. Anderson

Following an illness of only two or three days, Mr. Ed. Anderson died at Cambridge Saturday afternoon. His death followed an attack of hiccoughs and was a great surprise to his physician, family and friends. Mr. Anderson came from Bedford to Cambridge last August and held the position of clerk in the drug store of C. J. Thomas. He was about thirty-five years old and leaves a wife and one child to mourn his sudden and unlooked for demise. He was a man of good habits and a worthy citizen. Many friends and the community at large greatly regret his death. His remains were taken this afternoon to Scranton for burial.

A post mortem was held on the body of Ed. Anderson by Drs. Dickey, Hanson and Thompson at the request of Mrs. Anderson, before the removal of the remains to Scranton for burial. The examination disclosed the enlargement of the liver to an unusual size causing his death.
