OBITUARY

MRS. J. F. DAME

Died at her home No. 3909 Ingersoll Avenue, Des Moines, Wednesday morning November the 11th, after a long illness, Aurilla I. Dame, widow of James F. Dame. Deceased was born in Montpelier, Vermont, August 14, 1842. In her young girlhood her parents removed to Spring Prairie, Wisconsin. On August 16, 1861, she was united in marriage with James F. Dame. They came to Iowa in 1875 and moved to Nevada, Iowa, spring of 1880. In the fall of 1900 the family moved to Des Moines, Iowa, where she has since made her home. She is survived by five daughters and one son, all of whom were with her at the time of her death. During her twenty years of residence in Nevada Mrs. Dame made many friends and won much esteem here and her death is noted with much regret.
