Death of Prominent Farmer

Howard Sowers, age 40 years, a well known farmer living south of town died last Tuesday morning following an illness of ten days. Mr. Sowers was taken sick with influenza about two weeks ago which developed into pneumonnia.

Funeral services were held from the residence Friday afternoon.
