Death of Mrs. Templeton-Hardin
Mrs. Jane Templeton-Hardin, one fo the old and much esteemed residents of Nevada, died Thursday at the home of her grandson, Clyde Templeton, at O'Neil, Nebraska, and her funeral will be conducted Saturday afternoon from the Presbyterian church in this city by Rev. Dr. Hunter. Mrs. Templeton as she was best known, was 86 years of age, and reports of her illness had prepared friends for the report of her death. Her first husband was Walter Templeton, and their family home for many years was in the northeast part of the city. She has two children, a son and daughter, both of whom died many years ago and are buried here and her only grandchild is Clyde Templeton, son of Mrs. Solomon Young of Des Moines. Some years after Mr. Templeton's death she married Mr. Hardin, from whom she afterwards separated and who also died about three years ago. She has been with her grandson for several years, and he is expected here with her body this evening. The funeral party will be a the home of Mrs. Dillin.
