May 6, 1994 - December 2, 2015

Jessica Rachelle Ross was born May 6, 1994 to Steven and Rebecca (Thompson) Ross in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jessica was a graduate of Ankeny High and was currently attending Iowa State University. She was majoring in Child and Family Life Services and wanted to work with families in the process of adoption. She was an active member of Cornerstone Church of Ames where she was a leader in SALT COMPANY, a Connection Group leader, and a Worship/Music leader. Jessica’s passions were Jesus, music and working with children.

Jessica is survived by her parents, Steve and Rebecca Ross of Ankeny; her younger sister and brother, Brienna Ross and Nathan Ross; and her grandmothers, Beverly Ross of Ames and Mary Pringle of Yates Center, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Richard Ross of Ames and Ronald Thompson of Bonner Springs, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family which will be used in Jessica's honor.
