The many friends of D. F. Whipple and family will be made sad by the death of Mrs. Whipple, which occurred at her home in Cheyenne, W. T., last Friday afternoon. Her husband and children, with the exception of Mrs. Frank Dana of this city, were at her side when she passed away. Her funeral services and burial took place at Cheyenne last Sunday. Mrs. Whipple was a daughter of Henry Boynton of Nevada, and a most estimable woman in all the varied relations of life. Her bereaved family and other relatives here and elsewhere have the sincere sympathy of the entire community in their great affliction.
