Funeral services for Will Hix of Deadwood, South Dakota, son of Mrs. Seymour Hix of this city were held Monday afternoon in Zearing at the home of his brother, A. D. Hix. Interment will be made in Parker, South Dakota. Mr. Hix had spent most of the winter in this city and Zearing having come to Iowa on account of ill health but all the time was making plans to go back to South Dakota when he was better, but death overtook him Sunday.
