Foreman, Charles Frederick "Fred" age 94, died in Scottsdale, AZ on July 22, 2015. Fred, a devoted family man, is survived by Melba, his wife of 68 years, sons John, Mike and Lance, 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sister Doyn Wiler and niece Andrea (Wiler) Ham. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant daughter. Fred was born and raised near Blue Rapids, KS, He was a decorated Army volunteer in WWII, retiring as a Lt. Colonel. Fred married Melba while they attended Kansas State University. After earning a PhD, he was a professor at Iowa State University for 30 years, retiring as head of the Dairy Science Department in 1985. Dr. Foreman was also a world renowned dairy cattle judge.
