Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17 at Sunshine Open Bible Tabernacle, 2130 Easton Blvd., Des Moines. Burial will be in Cory Grove Cemetery in Elkhart.

Danny Lee Routh was born on July 26, 1950 to Maurice and Marietta (Ruark) Routh, Sr. at Jay Grismore's Turkey Farm in Corydon, Iowa. He was loved and well liked by most who knew him.
Danny went home to God on June 15, 2015 at 64 years of age.

He is survived by his four children, Daniel (Jessica) Routh, Sr., Timothy (Sheila) Routh, Sr., Brenda (Chris) Wylie and Matthew (Tammi) Routh, Sr.; his sisters, Jackie (Bob) Finney, Jenice (Wayne) Gibson and June (Jeff) Rumelhart; his brothers, Mike (Deanna) Routh and Maurice (Bev) Routh, Jr.; his stepmother, Arydis Routh; twenty grandchildren; and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Vicki Routh; two brothers, Ronnie Routh and John Carpenter; and one great-granddaughter, Becka Stamper.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the family.
