KEITH LEE JARBOE

Keith Lee Jarboe, 10, of 3806 Quebec St., Ames, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 1984, at Mary Greeley Medical Center, Ames. He drowned after falling through the ice on a pond on Iowa State University's Veenker Memorial Golf Course.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at the Evangelical Free Church in Ames, with Rev. Dean Johnson and Couglas Barker officiating. Burial was in Nevada Cemetery.

Jarboe was born Dec. 31, 1973, in Ames to Ralph and Judy (Daub) Jarboe. He was a student at Sawyer Elementary School in Ames where ehe had been a member of the chorus and active in Cub Scouts. He was a member of a church group, Owana Club, and was a member of a soccer team.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Molly, at home; and grandmothers, Phyllis Daub of Nevada and Vera Jarboe of Colo.

Stevens Memorial Chapel in Ames was in charge of arrangements.
