Ryerson services to be Friday
Theodore M. Ryerson, 54, 1342 H Ave., Nevada, died Aug. 25 in Dryden, Ont., Can. Cause of death was a heart attack.
Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. from Nevada Memorial Lutheran Church with the Rev. Walter Lack officiating. Burial will be in Nevada cemetery.
Mr. Ryerson was born June 15, 1921, in Kelley, and was a lifelong resident of Story County. The owner of the John Deere dealership in Nevada, Mr. Ryerson was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church, the Lions Club and was formerly a member of the Nevada school board.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; his mother, Liza, Ames; two daughters, Mrs. Marcia Barker, Colo and Nancy, at home; three brothers, Leslie, Ames, Donald, Huxley and Rinard, Council Bluffs; a sister, Mrs. Edith Wessel, Ames and one grandchild.
Friends may call at the Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada, until Friday noon.
