Neeld services to be Thursday
Funeral services for Chester Neeld, 67, McCallsburg, will be held from Memorial Lutheran Church, Nevada, Thursday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Victor Hackbarth and the Rev. Edgar P. Windman officiating.
A Story County farmer for 47 years, Mr. Neeld was born Sept. 15, 1892, at New Albany, Ind. He married Laura Elsie Williams there Feb. 14, 1917.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Kenneth of Randall, Minn.; three daughters, Mrs. Norma Lein of Radcliffe, Mrs. Shirley Harper of Lakota and Mrs. Martha Lowell of Tokyo, Japan; two brothers, William of Fernald and Clarence of Hardy, Ark.; tow sisters, Mrs. George Tanner of New Albany, Ind., and Mrs. Schultz of Tucson, Ariz., and 12 grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by one daughter, one brothers and one sister.
