Rose Purdue died Thursday

Rose Purdue, 72, Nevada, died about 10:14 a.m. Thursday [September 1, 1966] at the Story County Hospital.

She was born in Blair, Neb., and had been a resident of Nevada for 60 years.

Miss Pardue was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Sylvia Bell, Jamestown, Ky., and was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday from the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Elder A. H. Gerst officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.

The Ryan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
