N. S. PARDUE
N. S. Pardue, 75, for over 20 years a resident of Nevada, died very suddenly Friday night at the home of a brother, Charles Pardue at Edwardsville, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City.
Mr. Pardue has been visiting with his brother and family for about a month, had been in his usual health and ws planning on returning home soon. He was found dead in his bed.
In his immediate family he is survived by three daughters, Miss Rose Pardue of Nevada, Marie, who is now Mrs. Joe Kelley of St. Louis, Sylvia, now Mrs. Luther Bell of Eubank, Ky., and one son, Joe Pardue of Des Plaines, Ill.
During the long residence of Mr. Pardue in Nevada he has spent much of the time as an employee of P. E. Jensen, cabinet worker and contracting carpenter. He was a good workman, honest and faithful and had made many warm friends in the city.
