Funeral services were held in the Ottumwa First Methodist church his afternoon for Mrs. J. W. Neasham, 66, who died in her home Thursday morning.

Mrs. Neasham was born in Nevada, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Cessna in whose early day home the Nevada Methodist church was organized. Mrs. Neasham, the former Miss Wilda Cessna, attended and graduated from the Nevada High school.

She was the widow of the last John W. Neasham, also a former resident of Nevada she was a widely known Ottumwa jewelry store owner and heard of the former Ottumwa Iron Works. She had planned to leave later in the day to make her home in Davenport with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Weir Sears.

Six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren also survive, as do several nephews and nieces, among who are Karl B. Cessna and Ralph Cessna of Nevada and Mrs. Hazel Cessna Keimig of Colorado. She was also an aunt of the late Ruth Cessna McDonald who was on the Iowa State college staff for a number of years.
