Leota Krestine Mathison

Leota Krestine Mathison, 86, died on Saturday, March 4, 1989 at Story County Hospital Long Term Care. Cause of death was a heart ailment.

Mathison was born Nov. 16, 1903 in Story County to Martinus and Emma (Peterson) Mathison.

Survivors include one niece, Joan Yates, of Oroville, CA and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. She was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church.

Funeral Services were Monday, March 6 at 11 a.m. at Chet Ryan Mortuary. Pastor Daniel W. Solomon officiated. Mathison was buried in the Nevada Cemetery.
