Mrs. Blanche Sneen

Mrs. Blanche Sneen, 73, of 1639 Summit St., died Wednesday at Sacred Heart Hospital. She was born in Maxwell, Ia., and came to Eau Claire in the early 1900's. She married Carl Sneen in Eau Claire. He died in 1963.

Mrs. Sneen is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Frank Daniels, Mrs. Kenneth Engan and Miss Shirley Sneen, Eau Claire; her step-mother, Mrs. L. R. White, Winona; a son, Robert, Minneapolis; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Dost, Eau Claire; two stop-sisters, Mrs. Phillip Grover, Winona; Mrs. Phillip Peck, Honolulu, Hawaii; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Maynard Midthun officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Gardens. Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Chapel after 2 p. m. Friday and Saturday morning and then at the church one hour prior to the service.
